FAQ about All In for Kids Luncheon

The Basics

Q: I am new to your service work, how do I learn more?

A: Every thing we do is for Northshore kids, classrooms, and educators in the Northshore School District. Read our About Us. For detailed questions, email: kimm@nsdfoundation.org

Q: Who's invited?

A: Everyone! New and long time supporters, local business owners, parents, family members, volunteers, residents, and anyone that wants to learn more about service work for Northshore kids and classrooms.

Q: What's included?

A: If you attend: in-person live auction, online auction, exciting program, lunch and non-alcoholic beverages, and an exciting program all about and for Northshore kids.

Note: Our online auction is open to everyone! You do not have to attend to participate and bid. 

Tickets and Tables

Q: How much does it cost to attend and where I do I reserve my seat?

A: Free to attend with a suggested donation during the luncheon. RSVP your seat today, click here.

Q: What's the date, time and location of the luncheon?

A: Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026 at Eastside Church in Bothell: 14520 100th Ave NE Suite 104, Bothell, WA 98011.

Parking is free. Doors open at 11:00AM, and program 11:30AM - 12:30PM.

In-person Live and Online Auctions

Q: For the in-person live and online auction, what are the details?

A: This year, we will have a hybrid auction: our online auction that's open to anyone and our in-person live auction that's only for attendees on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026.

The items for our in-person auction are exclusive! The only way to bid and win on the exciting items is to attend our luncheon!

Q: When does the online auction start and end?

A: Starts on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026 at 8:00AM and ends on Monday, March 2, 2026, 11:45PM.

Q: Can you participate in the online auction if you're not attending the luncheon?

A: Yes! Participation is open to everyone, whether or not you’re attending the luncheon.

Q: If I win an item from the online auction, how will I get it?

A: A staff or Board member will contact you on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 and set up a delivery date with you.

Q: Where do I find the in-person live auction items?

A: They're listed on our online auction. Under the description, it'll state if it's available for our in-person live auction.

A: On the top left side, click on the 3-line hamburger menu button. You can see what items you can bid on now or search by specific category.

A: Where do I learn to bid?

A: On our online auction page, there's a Learn to Bid icon. Click it and it'll display directions.

Q: How do I donate an item to the online or in-person live auction?

A: Please complete our online form, click here.
